Online Running Coaching

No matter what your running goals are, PASSA's personalised coaching delivers an individually tailored plan directly to you. Keen to achieve your true potential? Our expertise and knowledge will get you there.
£115 per month
Including full access to our PASSA community.
Training Plan
A bespoke weekly training plan delivered via our online app. PLUS adjustments to your plan whenever necessary to allow you to balance training with day-to-day work and life.
Strength Training
Progressive programmed strength training with individual exercise explanation videos to develop power and protect your body from injury.
Regular Check-ins
An onboarding consultation video call, regular video call check-ups to chat progress, racing plans, and areas for improvement, as well as day to day WhatsApp support!
Stretch & Reset
Access to our comprehensive library of stretching, yoga, and recovery classes.
Race Strategy
Achieve your full potential with pace guidance for all sessions and help planning race strategy.

Personalised Training Plans
For Everyone
Confident with a little less support? Our running training plans can be purchased for custom durations to build you up to a race or goal, from your first mile to 10k running plans or an ultra marathon.
After an initial consultation call, your training programme will be created and tailored to your current training level, experience, and availability - and we'll include a strength training plan to work with the equipment you have available. You will also have access to our Stretch & Reset library throughout your plan.

Personal Training
available in London and Bath
We offer both 121 personal training and group personal training, with strength work focussed on supporting your running and bulletproofing your body against injury.
Sessions are fully tailored to every individual we work with and can also be combined with our coaching or plan offerings as well.
