Our team has helped thousands of runners progress on their journeys by delivering personalised support at all levels, from guiding you through your first-ever mile to delivering 10km running plans and helping you hit the race goal of your dreams.

Lillie Bleasdale

Founder & Head Coach

Lillie is a London Marathon Championship-qualified athlete who knows the drive and determination required to reach your goal.

With over 10 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, she has a wealth of qualifications and knowledge to hand and knows exactly what it takes to build fitter, stronger, healthier, faster, future-proof bodies. Lillie will be there to help you every single step of the way.

Her key philosophy is that training should fit around your life, not the other way around.

Having been diagnosed with Endometriosis and Adenomyosis, Lillie has developed a key interest in women’s health and how exercise can support this both mentally and physically.

Emma Pereira

Head of Stretch & Reset

With a lifelong passion for exercise and fitness, particularly running, Emma found yoga in 2016 looking for something to complement her training. Finding joy in a new way of movement and a new connection with her mindset, Emma trained as a yoga teacher with Hotpod Yoga in 2018.

Emma loves bringing more people to yoga, helping them to enjoy and understand flows, stretches and techniques that support their training and offer some headspace.

With a simple, fun and accessible approach, Emma reminds all of us that yoga is all about moving and connecting to your body, wherever you’re at.

She loves to bring a smile to everyone’s face in class, so you leave your mat feeling refreshed, relaxed, and ready for whatever you’re doing next.

Kayleigh is a busy mum of two who knows all too well the challenges women face when juggling work, family life, and friendships - whilst also fulfilling their drive to achieve their strength and fitness goals.

A keen gym goer for over 20 years, it was only after having her children that she decided that personal training and later run coaching, was her calling.

She’s determined to help you find a way that means nothing in life has to be compromised!
